Appointments

Initial appointment:

You will need a physician referral to see one of our physicians. Your personal physician or surgeon will provide records of your medical condition and previous medical care. Please call our office if you have any questions about your first appointment. Our staff will be more than ready to answer your questions and to assist you.

We accept most insurance plans, and our staff will work with you to make sure that you have a thorough understanding of your coverage.

At every appointment:

We do our very best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Please honor your scheduled appointment time, and if you need to cancel an appointment, we request that you provide as much notice as possible.

We strive to keep waiting times to a minimum, but unfortunately delays can occur due to emergencies and unforeseen patient needs.

Your visit will be most efficient if you:

  • Write down any questions or concerns that you may have to discuss with your physician
  • Bring a list of all medications that you are currently taking (including over-the-counter remedies, vitamins and herbal supplements.)
  • Bring your insurance cards
  • Let us know whenever you change your address, telephone number, employment, marital status or insurance
  • You may bring someone with you to help listen to your physician's comments and responses to your questions
  • Make your next appointment every time you visit the clinic, including lab, treatment, and radiology appointments
